How do you ensure the condition of the packaging during shipping?
We understand that box condition is vital for collectors. All action figures and playsets are bubble-wrapped and shipped in heavy-duty, double-walled boxes to prevent any crushing or corner dings during transit.
Are your action figures authentic licensed products?
Yes, we only sell 100% authentic, officially licensed products sourced directly from manufacturers like Hasbro, Mattel, NECA, and Bandai. We do not sell bootlegs or unauthorized reproductions.
What is your return policy for opened items?
To maintain the integrity of our collection, we can only accept returns on items in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once a seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping for large playsets?
We ship worldwide. However, due to the size and weight of certain oversized playsets, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on dimensions and destination country.
Can I pre-order upcoming releases?
Absolutely. You can secure upcoming figures via our pre-order system. Please note that if you order in-stock items and pre-order items together, the entire order will ship once the final pre-order item arrives.
